The MT8092XE is suitable for a large range of applications from Plant & Process Control to Automotive Applications to Building Management; Supporting a network of up to 64 devices by COM, USB, Ethernet, Internet, Weintek units can exchange & save data and operate each other over the Internet. With over a 150 communication drivers including Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens MPI/PPI, Modbus, CANopen the unit can interface to most popular PLCs.
The 9.7” MT8092XE is equipped with Cortex A8 1GHz CPU, 512MB Flash, 256MB RAM and importantly with the provision of Dual Ethernet ports the MT8092XE delivers a network separation capability. With Dual Ethernet ports, connection of the commercial system layer on one port and the control system layer on the second enables the HMI to perform a robust data exchange mechanism between the two networks. The resulting network topology not only separates commercial and control data streams but also reduces network congestion, minimises interference and greatly improves network reliability and security. Additionally, remote connection through the integrated EasyAccess 2.0 Service is also more conveniently facilitated.

The EasyBuilder Pro Development Package allows the User to quickly build dynamic graphic screens from a multi-function Object Library which includes Button, Numeric Display, Alarms, Real Time & Historical Trends that can be applied to 2000 graphic screens. Enhanced features include a Recipe Management Object with associated database making it easy to check, search and manage recipe information. A Scheduled Management function provides convenient execution of a specified process, time interval or triggered event whilst support for BMP, JPG, GIF or PNG format images enables the user to embellish graphics with photographic quality pictures. Further program customisation is available through a built-in Macro Editor. Enterprise-wide communication through E-mail notification of plant status, alarm information, process data or regular statistical information.
